The tenderloin, or fillet, is from the underside of the shortloin. It has virtually no fat and is one of the most tender cuts of lamb. Suitable for roasting, stirfrys or just pan seared. It is available to order by the packet of approximately 1 kilogram. Our lamb contains no added hormones and is a product of Australia.
